How We Started Our Journey.

Our Mission

Your Journey.

We came together out of love for our community and for what we do, with our expertise and humble integrity to serve the diversity of the families around us. We, as a collective, want to make sure you reach a blissful balance in your journey as a new family. In 2019, the Doulas Care Collective was born as a grassroots organization when a few local doulas recognized that many families needed additional support through their journey to parenthood. The organization grew, became a partnership, and developed a membership base of new and experienced doulas giving back to the Community. The Doulas Care Collective continues to grow through additional programming and increased birth workers and doulas, and in turn, is able to support more families in no less than seven counties each year.

The Doulas Care Collective’s mission is for families from Miami Dade to Indian River counties and beyond to have access to supportive care and evidence-based education in the childbearing years. We strengthen the community by connecting families to services that are in line with their goals and philosophy. We also provide a network of local birth professionals to work together and support one another through fellowship, collaboration, education, and community relations.

Our History

When Brooke and Belle’s paths crossed, it quickly became clear they had the same deep and strong desire for something greater than themselves for the birth community around them. Through the creation of the collective, they shared a well-balanced partnership, a sincere friendship and loving sisterhood. Meet our founders Brooke and Belle.
